When making tea with herbs, it is important to use fresh herbs whenever possible. Dried herbs can be used, but they will not have as strong of a flavor.
To make tea with herbs, simply add the desired amount of herbs to a cup of hot water. Steep the tea for 3-5 minutes, or until the desired flavor is achieved. Strain the tea and enjoy.
You can also add other ingredients to your herbal tea, such as honey, lemon, or milk. These ingredients can enhance the flavor of the tea and make it more enjoyable.
